Welcome to Norse Data. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, website, and eSIM services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Norse Data, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Norse Data," "we," "us," "our" refers to Norse Data and its affiliates.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.
• "eSIM" refers to embedded SIM technology that allows you to activate a cellular plan digitally.
• "Service" refers to the Norse Data application, website, and all related services.
• "Data Plan" refers to the mobile data packages available for purchase.

2. Eligibility

To use Norse Data, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have a compatible device that supports eSIM technology
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. eSIM Services

4.1 Purchasing Data Plans

When you purchase a Data Plan through Norse Data:

• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is processed at the time of purchase
• You receive an eSIM QR code for installation
• Plans are non-transferable between devices or users

4.2 Plan Activation

• Data Plans activate upon first connection to a supported network
• Validity periods begin from the moment of activation
• Unused data expires at the end of the validity period
• We recommend installing your eSIM before traveling

4.3 Coverage and Network

• Coverage depends on local network availability
• Speed and quality may vary by location and network conditions
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Network speeds are subject to carrier policies (4G/5G where available)

5. Payments and Billing

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

5.2 Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Applicable taxes may be added to your purchase
• Currency conversion fees may apply for non-USD transactions

5.3 Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error in billing, contact us within 30 days of the transaction at [email protected].

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• The eSIM has not been installed or activated
• Technical issues on our end prevent service delivery
• The request is made within 30 days of purchase

6.2 Non-Refundable

Refunds are NOT available for:

• eSIMs that have been installed or activated
• Partially used Data Plans
• Expired Data Plans
• Issues caused by user error or incompatible devices
• Network issues beyond our control

6.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission
• Use the Service for illegal file sharing or distribution

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Norse Data are owned by us or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks without written authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Norse Data is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for third-party network issues or outages

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Norse Data, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, contact [email protected].

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or legal process
• We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• Subject to binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Governed by the laws of Norway

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Norse Data.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Norse Data regarding the Service.
